Anne Marie Trombold is a manual therapist who has practiced sports and orthopedic rehabilitation for almost 30 years. Her passion and specialties include SI joint dysfunction, hip and pelvic girdle dysfunction. She also has a strong background in peripheral joint and spine therapy. Anne-Marie has a strong hands-on approach to treatment. She combines Muscle Activation Techniques and progressive exercises with her broad manual therapy background to identify and address the body's muscular imbalances, weaknesses, and movement dysfunctions that lead to pain and disability. She believes in bringing hope, with encouragement and hard work, to each of her patients. Anne Marie is currently certified as an MAT Rx full body specialist.
Anne-Marie's passion has been working with women with disabilities in Sierra Leone, Africa, through Women of Hope International. This has been temporarily put on hold as she has been blessed with taking care of her family’s 4 generations. In her free time, she enjoys mountain biking, kiteboarding, hiking, taking her 90-year-old dad to the gym, and backcountry skiing with her husband and best friend, Mark, and her faithful Golden Retriever, Kai.
