"I had surgery on my big toe as a result of a trauma many years ago. The surgery did not give me the pain relief I had hoped for, and sparked new pain in addition. I tried acupuncture, foot massage, and other PTs, and I was resigned to living the rest of my life in chronic pain that kept me from almost every form of exercise. (What exercise doesn't require your feet?) After my first visit to ProFormance, I had some pain relief, and it has been dramatic since. After six weeks, I am walking long distances without pain, wearing low heels again, and confident I'll be able to do some form of dance/exercise again. I just got back from a two-hour walk, and no pain at all! ProFormance is an upbeat, friendly environment where everyone truly cares about your success. I would give them a "10," and recommend them to anyone! They book up fast — call for an appointment now."

"Back in August, I tore my ACL, MCL, and PCL while wakeboarding. I had surgery in early September, and about a month later started my physical therapy at ProFormance Rehab. I’ve been visiting the clinic at least twice a week now for the last seven months and have been treated like family. I have seen amazing improvements in my knee that I don't believe would have been possible without the support and training they provided. The whole staff shows that they truly care about your progress and want to see you come back from your injury stronger than you were before. I could not be more thankful for their help on my road to recovery, and could not ask for a better rehab experience! :) "

"I have been going to Proformance Rehab for around 8 or 9 years now. Mark is my main go-to therapist (love that guy!), and I have seen a number of other PTs there, as well. Every single one of them has been fantastic! I have recommended ProFormance to friends and they have had excellent results, as well. ProFormance has helped me with recovery from muscle tears and broken bones. They listen, get to know you as a patient, and make sure you are doing the right things for health, fitness, and longevity. I can't say enough positive things about this place — highly, highly recommended!"

I have extensive experience with Anne Marie Trombold and ProFormance Rehab overall, and have the highest opinion of this facility's quality of care.

I've had serious lower back issues since I was 18. I've been to over a dozen physical therapists and 6 orthopedic surgeons. By my early 30s, I had given up hope that anything would help, and decided I wouldn't even go through with a second pregnancy due to the excruciating pain of the first.

One of the luckiest moments of my life was meeting a guy who happened to be training in Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT), which led to my giving another shot at physical therapy - this time with someone trained in MAT. There just aren't words to describe how much Anne Marie's diligence and expertise in MAT changed my life. Not only am I able to walk/run again like a normal person, but I was travel Europe, I can play basketball, and am even starting boxing lessons tomorrow. Most importantly, however, I was strong enough to carry a second child, and now have two amazing boys!

What makes Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT) so amazing is that it enables the muscle to reconnect with the brain so you can properly access them again. All the other physical therapy I did was unsuccessful because my muscles were so inhibited that I couldn't even access them enough to strengthen them. I would just get re-injured over and over again. Not with MAT - I would walk out with my muscles reactivated, and then work them immediately to keep them functioning between appointments. Truly an amazing technique. I have also worked with Mark and Kristen when Anne Marie was unavailable, and they were also .excellent.

A huge thank-you to the entire ProFormance team, and of course, particularly Anne Marie. You have given me the blessing of mobility, and my kids the gift of a mother who can walk, run, and be overall physically capable. There just aren't words; thank you so very much <3.

I've been going to ProFormance Rehab for many years and cannot say enough nice things about this place or the physical therapists that work there! I've seen a number of different folks and all of them are amazing. I highly recommend!

I suffered a shoulder injury in 2009 from a wake boarding accident. Mark and Anne-Marie did some really good work and got me back in action faster than I ever thought imaginable! They used some really impressive technique called Muscle Activation Techniques. I loved it. SO much so that when I broke my neck about 5 months ago, I saw them again! I have made a full recovery and am excited I know of this very dependable clinic for rehab. Thanks!
